KSE provides a new content of professionalism in the public sector through high-quality training of public servants and implements new approaches to policy analysis in Ukraine. Public Policy and Governance Department offers medium- and long-term educational programs for public servants and managers, develops analytical documents in the fields of education, medicine, public service, provides technical assistance to the government in implementing public service reform.

MPPG is a rigorous comprehensive academic program with a strong focus on public policy analysis providing students with theoretical, philosophical, and practical tools required to take leading positions in government agencies, non-governmental organizations, and think tanks engaged in public sector work. The Programme is grounded in cases drawn from the 21st-century experience of reform in Ukraine and trains students to apply their knowledge and expertise to real-world situations.
